Ty Wayment
Director of Operations
Ty is a committed real estate professional with a strong foundation in operations and sales. She began her journey with Team Front Range as an assistant, eventually advancing to Director of Operations, where she now manages a team of 7-10 agents and several virtual assistants. Driven by her passion for the industry and her love of continuous learning, she recently earned her real estate license.
Guided by top agent Kristen White, Ty’s team surpassed $67 million in sales and completed over 115 transactions last year, earning the top spot in the metro area. She has also cultivated strong partnerships with homebuilders, assisting them in listing their properties on the MLS.
On a personal level, Ty is a proud mother of three daughters, has been married for 33 years, and enjoys the company of her beloved dog, Coco. Family is her top priority, and she loves volunteering with Odyssey of the Mind and spending quality time with friends.
