Megan Smith joined Team Front Range, Keller Williams in December of 2019 and was named “rookie of the year” her first year in real estate because of her success in the business. She has lived in Colorado since 2005 and is extremely familiar with the neighborhoods in the Denver/Northern Market. Megan is an expert in customer relations after being in the non-profit and hospitality industry since 2010. One of her many opportunities dear to her heart included managing several revenue-generating operations for a non-profit in Boulder that focused on providing work opportunities to formally homeless individuals, giving them a second chance. Her many business ideas drove the social enterprise to great success while administering support to the community. Megan’s work experience as well as her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Events from MSU Denver has provided her with the opening to work with many different personalities while providing quality communication, leadership and the upmost care to those in need.

She brings these experiences into her real estate business every day to provide superior service while guiding her patrons through each step of the home buying and selling process. Megan has had family in the real estate industry and is incredibly passionate about assisting families in achieving their home goals.
