Kristen White

Kristen White, a Denver native, graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Gerontology with the dream to help people through medicine. However, in 1995 she switched from medicine to dream making when she joined the Real Estate Industry. Kristen returned to school to obtain an Executive Master of Business Administration from Denver University and became the Broker/Owner of Front Range Realty in 2009. Consistently ranking in the top 100 Realtors in the state of Colorado, she closes 70-90 transactions per year. She is committed to her clients and works hard to ensure their dreams come true; she closes $30 million a year in real estate, which is a result of truly taking her clients through an experience educating them on buying or selling a home that creates years of memories for their families.                                                             

In 2019 Kristen brought Front Range Realty to Keller Williams, one of the countries leading real estate agencies. Joining Keller Williams has allowed Kristen to build her team with its cutting edge technology and training programs. KW’s company culture, to put the needs of its agents first and treat all their associates as family agrees with Kristen’s belief to do the same with her clients. 

Kristen is well connected and active in the home building industry and offers the List Assist Program and Trade Program to many builder accounts and consults for new home builders. Because of her longevity in the Colorado Real Estate Market, she is able to run her company on referrals. Kristen and her team did over $65 million in transactions in 2018 and closed around $70 million in transactions in 2019, making her team a top team in the marketplace for number of deals.

A well accomplished realtor and business owner, Kristen earned the title of "Top Agent" and was featured in Top Agent Magazine ('19), and was also recognized as 5280 "Top Agent". Throughout her time, Kristen has received the following awards, recognitions, and nominations: Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council (member, '19), Top 100 Agent ('17,'18,’19), Builder Partner ('16,'18,19’), Outstanding Women in Business Nominee ('11), Sales Manager of the Year ('07), Rookie of the Year ('98), Sales/Marketing Director of the Year, and Million Dollar Circle Award.

Kristen is also an avid philanthropist and is heavily involved with St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital serving as the 2018, 2019 and 2020 chairperson for their annual fundraising gala. When not in the office or making dreams come true, Kristen is found spending time with her family and enjoys traveling.




Kris Ceretto

As a Denver native, Kris Ceretto has extensive knowledge of many Front Range neighborhoods. Currently Kris works primarily in the Denver/Northern Market. Since deciding to make Real Estate his career profession he has taken the industry by storm. By being able to provide clients with a full service one stop shop approach, makes the experience more efficient and pleasant.

Starting as an assistant to a top producing Broker in 2007 gave Kris the insight and knowledge to take Real Estate by force and be successful in a struggling market. Kris worked as an on site sales counselor for a large private builder where he sold over $30mm in new homes from Castle Rock to Loveland. Winning a NAHB Platinum award for sales volume. Kris then took the role of a Regional Sales Manager. In this role Kris was responsible for 245 sales as well as 260 closings. Being on top of the market and knowing his competition, Kris was also responsible for pricing the homes for master planned communities accordingly while maintaining sales velocity and yielding superior profit margins.

Currently Kris works for Front Range Realty LLC, where he is focused on helping clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. Kris is also part of Team Front Range-in which they are a part of list assist for multiple new home builders in the Front Range. Kris and his team are currently within the top 100 producing agents with more than $51,000,000 in total sales for 2018.

Kris also consults with Home Builders to help on board and train their new sales counselors.
A native to Colorado, Ceretto attended University of Colorado at Denver where he studied computer information systems.

Jaclyn Hart

Jaclyn Hart joined Front Range Realty in April 2017. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, joined the Real Estate Industry in 2004 and is a Denver Native.

Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado. Jaclyn loves helping families find their dream home and is committed to providing the upmost care to each of her clients throughout the home buying or selling process. This allows her to ensure that her clients are being represented in the best possible way and their transaction runs as smooth as it possibly can. Jaclyn provides her clients with professionalism, integrity, honesty, consistent communication and customer service.

Jaclyn’s expertise is working with clients in resale, new home sales and interior design. She also has additional experience in the Affordable Housing spectrum. As part of Team Front Range, Jaclyn does have the opportunity to work closely with local and national home builders as Team Front Range is a preferred realtor for many home builders. Jaclyn assists her clients with staging their home to create a design that is marketable as well as assisting them during their new home design appointments. Her expertise in design allows her to assist her clients during their design appointment to help them create their dream home.

Megan Smith

Megan Smith joined Front Range Realty in December 2019. She has lived in Colorado since 2005 and is very familiar with neighborhoods in the Denver/Northern Market.

Megan is an expert in customer relations after being in the non-profit and hospitality industry since 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Events from MSU Denver. She managed many revenue-generating operations for a non-profit in Boulder while focusing on giving opportunity to formally homeless individuals. Megan increased revenue for the organization substantially within her first year while implementing many new business ideas that drove the social enterprise's to success. This provided her with the opportunity to work with many different personalities while providing quality communication, leadership and the upmost care to those in need.

Megan has had family in the Real Estate business and is very familiar with the transaction process helping her clients feel at ease. She is fully committed to using her knowledge to provide superior service while guiding her patrons through each step in the home buying and selling process. Megan loves being able to assist families in following their dreams and finding that perfect home with enthusiasm! She prides herself on ensuring satisfaction and comfort for each transaction she engages and will go above and beyond for her clients.

Liz Midas

Liz is a 13-year veteran in the residential real estate industry. As a new home consultant and manager for Lennar, a home builder in Denver, Liz instills confidence in her buyers through sharing knowledge of local market trends and construction details. She empowers her clients to become market experts as she guides them through the technicalities of buying and selling homes. Liz’s believes that, “since the clients’ needs are what’s important, I use every resource to help them achieve their goals”. Giving back to the community is key to her and her family as they work to improve the lives of severely injured Veterans through Homes for our Troops building specially adapted homes enabling the Vets to rebuild their lives in Colorado. She has also been involved with the Home Builders Foundation and has collected more than a million diapers over the years for local families in need. Liz is passionate about Colorado’s winter sports - skiing, cross-country, snow shoeing and skating – and enjoys fly fishing in the summer.

La Shon Carter

La Shon is a Colorado native and lives and participates in community activities throughout the Denver-Metro Area.  Prior to her real estate career,          La Shon honorably served her country in the United States Army for 8 years.  After her military service, she continued to work in the telecommunications industry.  Her career has been customer centered, and she is thrilled to continue this focus by assisting her clients achieve their home buying and selling dreams.  La Shon is delighted to be a part of Team Front Range - Keller Williams where the culture is focused on customer service, integrity, and hard work. La Shon loves to cook meals from around the globe.  She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending quality time with her family and friends.
